Sorry but that’s what really came to mind when we first saw this photo of a strawberry and chocolate wedding cake by Shara, death by chocolate. Just married couples who are ready to take their first bite of a copy of this cake must feel like they are about to commit the ultimate sin.
That’s 2 layers of sinful sweetness decorated with real strawberries and smothered in chocolate sauce. Simply writing that line made my mouth water.

Wow. This cake looks great, and I normally don’t like chocolate cake. I would probably end up just eating the icing and strawberries.
The bride who picks this cake is very brave. All that chocolate around a white wedding dress. Brave indeed.

You know that tastes good!!! Aesthetically though, I think it is a little too “flowy.” That icing is getting out of control!!! Something I’d love to have in my fridge, yes, but maybe a little too heavy-handed for a wedding.
I come to your site whenever I’m hungry. Love it!

I don’t know whether that looks disgusting or scrumptious! I love a good chocolate covered strawberry, but on a cake? Hmmm. Have to think about that longer. Love your blog, except it always makes me hungry!
